adapterOS is sold as a managed on-prem/offline AI system. Customer operational records are controlled by the customer inside the deployment environment according to the engagement scope.

- Deployed adapterOS environments are intended to run locally/offline/on-prem according to the agreed scope.
- Customers control what operational records are placed into the deployment environment.
- We do not use customer operational records for third-party model training.
