1. Website and Controlled-Evaluation Access Data
Website (adapteros.com)
When you request a workflow assessment or contact us through this website, we collect the information you submit, such as your email address and any message or organizational context included with the request.
adapterOS uses one first-party preference cookie named aos-theme to carry your light or dark theme choice between adapteros.com and connect.adapteros.com. On adapterOS hosts, it is set for the .adapteros.com domain and / path for up to one year (31536000 seconds).
The cookie value is only light or dark. It is not used for analytics, advertising, tracking, or fingerprinting.
Controlled-evaluation access process
During qualified controlled-evaluation access and deployment discussions, we may receive contact details, role information, deployment requirements, security constraints, source categories, and scheduling or procurement context needed to evaluate fit and plan a managed deployment.
2. Deployment Data Boundary
Under a separate scoped agreement, a managed adapterOS evaluation or deployment may operate inside a customer-controlled environment. Operational records remain controlled by that organization according to the agreed scope.
- We do not collect customer operational records through the public website.
- Any separately agreed adapterOS environment is intended to run inside the customer-controlled boundary.
- The organization controls what operational records are placed into that environment.
- We do not use customer operational records for third-party model training.
- We do not use analytics, advertising networks, or tracking tools.
- We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing.
- The aos-theme preference cookie is limited to the theme choice described above; it is not used for analytics, advertising, tracking, or fingerprinting.
